We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Tafheem account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including your learning progress, streaks, quiz history, and account information. This action cannot be undone.

How to delete your account
1From the App
- Open the Tafheem app
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your identity and confirm deletion
2Via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@tafheem.app from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Deletion timeline
Your account will be deactivated and you will be logged out of all devices.
All personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
Data in encrypted backups will be purged within 90 days of account deletion.
